Exchanges and Returns
We have a THIRTY (30) DAY EXCHANGE POLICY and FOURTEEN (14) DAY RETURN POLICY for all orders.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, just send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to exchange, subject to availability. Once we have confirmed availability, an exchange authorization will be provided to you with further instructions. Please send the item(s) to be exchanged to:

Once your item(s) is received and inspected, we will ship out your exchange item(s) and send you an email with your tracking number.
Item(s) exchanged must be of equal or greater value than the original item(s). If the value of the item(s) exchanged is greater than the original item(s), you will be required to pay the difference.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to receive a return authorization. Once you have received the return authorization with further instructions, please send the item(s) to be returned to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and process the refund. If you paid by credit card, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you paid by COD (cash on delivery), a bank transfer will be made to your account (Domestic orders only)
Our exchange lasts thirty (30) days and our return policy lasts fourteen (14) days. If thirty (30) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. If fourteen (14) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: F-186/1, Apartment 302, Clifton, Block 5, Karachi, Sind, Pakistan.
Domestic orders must be shipped back to us via Blue-Ex, our shipping partner, for exchange or return.
International orders must be shipped back to us via a trackable shipping service. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping and delivery charges for exchanges and returns. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges (even if you received free shipping) will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than thirty (30) days after delivery is not eligible for an exchange.
Any item that is returned more than fourteen (14) days after delivery is not eligible for a refund.
